    1-3 hours per week to watch content and work through guidebook. However, most of the implementation is in shifts of behavior to allow for more time, energy and focus - so you'll have 1-3 more hours anyways!

  • Is it better to join when I am less busy?

    It’s more useful for those who are very busy, and that is usually the type of man who joins the program. It will help you you create more time and control.

  • What are the investment details?

    An investment is in place for a few reasons: 1) So men going through have skin in the game and take it very seriously which leads to better follow-through and results. 2) So that I can devote my best attention and effort into all the men trusting this process.
